- Shipping & Deliveries
- Once an order has been received it will be processed within 2-3 business
days. From the time of dispatch Please allow 2-7 business days for
deliveries within Australia and 14-21 business days for deliveries of
International orders. We can not accept responsibility for delays in deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the Australian postal fees for domestic and international deliveries. Details of shipping and handling cost will be included in the invoice sent to the customer.
International deliveries are calculated according to the country they are sent (including a handling fee). International orders might have additional duty added by the local customs.
The receiver of the package is responsible for payment of any duty incurred.
If you have any questions regarding duty surcharge, you are advised to contact your local customs office. - Return Policy
- There are no refunds available from our online store, we will be happy
to exchange the item or provide credit note.
There are no exchanges on any sale items, all sale items purchases are
final unless they are found faulty by Sundaia when returned.
Items should be returned unworn and unwashed, in the original condition as was sent with intact attached tags and original receipt. Please send item in a traceable method as we are not held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Exchange is available in Australia within 14 working days from dispatched Delivery and for International orders within 21 working days of dispatch date. - Faulty Items
- Once an order has been received, please check item for any faults in manufacturing.
Faulty items should be sent back immediately for inspection. If goods are found faulty you will be contacted by our team for a refund or an exchange note.

- Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch from wearhouse. Sundaia reserves the right to refuse order cancellation once a parcel has been dispatched or charge an additional cancellation fee should we be able to request for the return of the parcel from our delivery service.
